Hi! I'm Christy and it's my goal to help you get your groove back! I love helping people to improve their health and fitness, because I know how important and life-changing a good fitness routine and healthy lifestyle can be! 

As a mom of 3 very active boys, I understand how hectic a life with kids can be! I also know how lost we can become when we have children and the focus shifts away from being our own person into being a mother.

My own fitness journey began in 2012 when I began running and then later that year I ran my first race (a 10k). My youngest son was 2, and I felt that it was time for me to start working a little harder to feel better about my post-baby body. It started small - at first it was simply based on the desire to just get my energy back and do something for myself, a small break from being a full time mom. Since then, it certainly has snowballed and fitness and health have become a true passion - not only for my own journey but also encouraging others on their journey too! I am continually challenging myself and trying new things, so you never know what I'll be doing next!

I hope to have a chance to have a sweaty workout or even just a quiet coffee date with you soon - perhaps it will be the start of a great new friendship as we journey through life together!​​​ While my training is in fitness and nutrition, my main focus is on relationship building and coaching. I am here to help YOU succeed in whatever it is you want to accomplish and feel awesome, strong and confident while you're crushing those goals!
