New Year, New You!
Beginner Workshop 
 

This 90 minute workshop is for anyone who wants to learn how to prepare themselves a solid workout plan that they can do on their own at home or at their gym.
The workshop will cover:
 
  • fundamentals of strength training (learn a minimum of 10-12 basic strength training exercises, proper technique, options for injuries, etc)
  • how to incorporate cardio for improving your heart health and/or weight loss
  • how to tailor your program to meet your goals (and how to adjust as you go!)
  • injury prevention
  • how to maintain or improve your flexibility
  • tips for better overall health and wellness
  • some general nutrition suggestions to incorporate so that you can maximize the benefits of your program
  • how to stick with it for success
  • reasonable expectations
You will walk away with a specific exercise plan to get you in the best shape of your life, and get you on track first thing in the New Year. If the holidays typically have a negative impact on your diet and exercise plan, this will be a great time to get back on track!
 
Also included in the package price is a pass for one class drop-in for any i AM fitness HIIT class ($12 value).
 
Cost of workshop: $55. 

Note: This is mainly a workshop for beginners, but an intermediate level work shop may be offered at a later date based on interest!
